As guidance and regulations change, and new variants emerge, we regularly evaluate our COVID-19 protocols to make revisions. These changes are communicated to our employees and are available for everyone to read online.
While we take precautions to keep our customers safe, we ask that our customers please help to keep our employees safe as well. We know that plumbing problems are frustrating, but for the safety of our employees, we cannot provide service in a household that has a confirmed case of COVID-19 until after the recommended isolation period has ended. If someone in your home has COVID-19, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment prior to our technician's arrival.
