We have had two toilet installs by Weston Leabo and will happily continue requesting him in the future. From a friendly Jasmine answering or promptly returning our phone calls to very nice and professional Weston showing up on time and his meticulous work, we will continue to use Tualatin Valley Plumbing and continue to highly recommend them, especially Weston!

This is my first time working with Tualatin Valley Plumbing and it will not be my last. From when I called for an estimate the customer service was above and beyond. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me get a tech out ASAP for my clogged kitchen sink. She was able to have a tech out that day. She was so kind and caring. The tech Wayne called to see if it was possible to come earlier than originally scheduled, (which was so appreciated) he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnoses the problem and resolved it in no time. I am a firm believer in small family business and supporting the businesses you want to remain in business. I am very happy with the amazing service. Thank you Jasmine and Wayne!! I can't tell you how grateful I am for all you do.

This is the company to hire for your plumbing needs and there is no need to hesitate in hiring them. If we could give this company more than 5 stars, we would. The reason for the leaking shower (a 30+ year old mechanism) was explained to us in detail and the job was done skillfully. The attention to detail is what makes a company great, and that is what TV Plumbing delivered. Thank you Larry (company owner), Wayne (apprentice), and Jasmine (receptionist) for such great service!

Our backyard hose connector was leaking lots of water in 2 places when it was turned on. Tualatin Valley Plumbing came right away and fixed it in what seemed like 5 minutes! We are so grateful for them.

I just moved to Damascus, and I'm very pleased to get connected with a good plumber; decent contractors in general can be hard to find. I had some outside faucets that weren't working in my new house, and Larry came by and helped me find the water shutoffs for each one, and also set me up with an appointment to replace a sink that has a hole in it. I had an appointment set for the troubleshooting, and Larry was well within his started arrival window, and gave me a call ahead of time to let me know when he would be here. Once here, he wasted no time getting to the root of the problem. Expectations were set and met, communication was clear and timely, and the price was competitive. I expect Tualatin Valley Plumbing to be my new go-to plumber.

The first time I spoke with Larry I had called from my voice-mail. As we we're talking my voicemail came on in the back ground. I couldn't get it to stop so I hung up. Well he called me right back. I explained what I needed and that I needed it by Monday. His guys were booked out but said he would get it done for me. He asked for photos so he would know what needed to be done for my New Refrigerator install Tuesdsy. He called me to inform me of another guy was in my area and was going to be here first then he would. He showed up on time. Was very nice and explained everything to me also that Larry was on his way. Both had very good customer service skills. And was very efficient. . I'm now ready for my new fridge. My daughter & family recommended I call Tualatin Valley Plumbing when I discovered an outdoor hose bib/faucet needed fixing. I'm so glad I did. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner & I was anxious to get the problem resolved. Larry was on time (called ahead to be sure I was home) & assessed the problem before getting to work. He explained what he was doing along the way & why it needed to be replaced. He also informed me on how best to maintain the new hose big/faucet before next year's freeze. I really appreciate that information & all his work. I'm happy to now have a plumbing company that I can rely on & recommend to others.

I wanted to switch my two wood-burning fireplaces to gas, so I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing to run a new gas line. Jasmine was very helpful in scheduling, and Reis came by to give me a quote the next day. I was able to schedule the install with him for 4 days later. It was a difficult install because of cramped conditions, but he was efficient and cheerful, and the quote was accurate. I discovered an issue a few days later, and Larry the owner and Joel came by the next day and spent nearly three hours working the problem until they were absolutely sure they fixed it. Despite it being the end of a long day for both of them, they were both friendly and helpful, explaining things along the way. I was really impressed with their dedication to solving the issue. I plan to call them for any future plumbing work. In fact I'm already thinking about swapping my kitchen faucet. Highly recommended.

There are some companies I do business with that I would be loyal to at just about any cost. I've had my mechanic 30 years, my insurance company even longer but for my old house, I have used just about every plumber in the area...until now. I have found one I shall pledge my loyalty to. It started with an online request for a quote. Jasmine communicated with me via text at my request until we could agree on a time and date of service. Joel gave me a call ahead of time with an ETA. He was friendly and cheerful at eight in the morning! He arrived when expected, looked at the situation, and said it wasn't going to be complicated.and gave me a quote half of what I had expected (based on previous jobs with other companies) (I had horror visions of having to tear my entire kitchen apart). He had to leave to get the right part and was back within thirty minutes. He finished, tested everything, offered some advice on a more complicated but unrelated problem, completed the paperwork and was on his way. I'm still in a bit of shock. As a cancer patient, and older woman I'm not of a mindset to deal with home repairs. I'm not accustomed to getting fast, simple, reasonably priced work. Tualatin Valley Plumbing delivered in every way. Companies with this kind of integrity give me hope for the world.

Race came and did great job in our guest bath. The job had some unexpected complications and required additional parts. He got the job done and it didn’t charge anymore than the original quote. Very professional and good quality work!

Had a broken sewer pipe under the house. We called Larry and his crew was out promptly to remedy the situation. Not the kind of mess I wanted to deal with. They cleaned things up, dried out the crawl space under the house, put down new plastic sheeting and replaced the sewer pipe. Ten stars out of five, I had a great experience with TVP! I had a water heater installed last summer. They were time, polite, left the site spotless and were priced competitively.

I've had some bad plumber experiences but this wasn't one of them. They returned my call first (called 3), showed up when they said they would, didn't charge to give me a quote, and completed the job perfectly. They were affordable and Westin was very nice and professional. I will call them again with any plumbing issues in the future.

I needed a gas line for our new stove slightly moved and this was the only company that was able to come out within days and give an estimate and do the job on the spot! The pricing was not bad but i don't have anything to compare it to considering I couldn't even get another company to come and give an estimate. Overall, a good experience and i would consider using them for future needs.

The best part of the service is that everything is a cost per item, not pieced out by materials and labor. So you know that a faucet equals x amount no matter what it entails to install. They replaced 2 bathroom faucets, a leaking shower cartridge that required drilling through the corroded handle, and a shower arm and head. They also gave me honest feedback about water heater replacement options. One of the faucets was a bit loose after a few days and they came out to tighten it up no questions asked.

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. Joel was pleasant and helpful even though the faucet was not an easy one to replace. The faucet is installed, works and looks great. The hot and cold are opposite of what I think they should be, but overall, very happy with the end product and so happy not to have my old leaky faucet! Thank you Tualatin Valley Pluming

Weston at Tualatin Valley Plumbing came by my home today to look for a water leak that an HVAC tech found under the house. I asked him to inspect the entire house underneath as well. He found the leak which turned out not to be the plumbing, and showed me where the water was coming in from the outside of the house. He did not find any other leaks. He was incredibly professional, polite, worked quickly, was on time, and showed me where the water meter was and showed me how to read it to see if we did have a water leak. He then didn't even charge me. Amazing service, and I'll definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future as well.

We have used them a number of times in the past and they have always been professional, friendly and well-priced. This latest visit was to replace an old water-hogging toilet and the plumber, Wayne, was fantastic! It was nice to learn from Wayne that this is a small family owned business and he really enjoys working there. We will use them again for sure!!

I have rarely given a review online for any services received, but in this case I believe some positive comments are very well deserved by Tualatin Valley Plumbing. My water heater failed and I needed a new water heater, hopefully quickly. Did the standard search for water heaters. Prices for the water heater itself did not differ substantially across various vendors, but I was surprised to see installation costs vary greatly. We definitely received great value for the total cost of services provided, but that's not even why I'm writing this review. How often have you ever tried to do business with various vendors/small businesses, and communications are just too painful. I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing, phone answered quickly by Jasmine. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She immediately texted me precise details for information needed for TVP to provide some estimate. I provided requested answers and photos of water heater/space quickly. Jasmine confirmed, and informed me should would forward to owner. Within 30 minutes, Larry, the owner, called me to discuss the space, the water heater I was considering, etc. He told me they were scheduled out about a week, but after mentioning my wife had been without hot water for 3 days now, Larry quickly checked his teams/current job progress, and called me back saying he could send a man over to start process while he drove to pick up selected water heater. Now, instead of being without hot water for another week, we have a completely professionally installed high quality water heater. Jasmine, Larry, and Joel were all kind, friendly, professional, and expert at what they do. I am very impressed with how Larry runs his business. This was a simple water heater replacement, but I will certainly be using Larry and his Tualatin Valley Plumbing team for all plumbing needs going forward. I already know I'll be dealing with class acts, and will be getting great value for my money.

My master bath plumbing had a clog and Wayne did a quick job unclogging then snaking deeper as he ran water to make sure everything was clear. They offer a 30-day guarantee on their work. They we're on time, prepared, and gave valuable tips on keeping the drain clear.

The plumber from Tualatin Valley Plumbing did a great job finding the source and fixing leak under bathroom and kitchen sink and replaced faucets as well. Reinstalled toilet. Everything works.

TVP did a great job of plumbing in the natural gas line to my new generator. They were very very prompt, and responsive in tending to an unexpected complication that occurred. Bonus is that they are very personable. I have hired them in the past and will continue to for my future plumbing needs.

Needed to replace our toilet shutoff and reseal the toilet. Couldn't get our regular plumber until September. Had to keep shutting off our water from the well for three days. Tualatin Valley Plumbing scheduled us right away for Monday . Larry and Joel did a great job. Highly recommend them. Our valve was sweated on by the plumber that redid our homes plumbing after a complete house fire. Larry made sure it was done right and was meticulous in fitting the vakve and cleaning up afterwards. Great job. Thank you the Bannisters

I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing to replace the cartridge in my shower's push/pull faucet. It was getting so hard to turn on and off . My son-in-law suggested I call TVP. He said they were the best and I certainly agree. Jasmine set up the appointment and Larry quickly fixed the problem. He was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. TVP is locally owned and reasonably priced. I will recommend them to my friends and call them again should I have another problem.

Larry called prior to the appointment, to determine the extent of my kitchen faucet problem. I couldn't determine the brand name on my current faucet, so he brought a number of options. 20 minutes later he arrived to determine I had adequate water pressure. we discussed the options and chose a new faucet. Within 30 minutes he completed the install. timely, good communication and quick install! All you could ask.

Race did a fantastic job! We had a problem with low water flow with the hot water for both the kitchen sink and bathroom. He worked with the kitchen sink supply line and freed of a lot of junk. His attitude gave us confidence in his knowledge and expertise. He was willing to do some correction a basic problem with no charge to us. He gave several options on the next step of solving the problem we are now facing. This included the cost estimates as best has he could.

TVP repiped my whole house. Water pressure is amazing post the replacement of 90 year-old pipes! Had some issues during (and after) the repipe and TVP worked with me to make it right. That follow up says a lot about a company when so many others just walk away. The TVP team values their clients. The owner and the dispatcher (Jasmine) are fantastic and very customer-oriented.

This company saved me. I bought a new dishwasher and when it was delivered the installers said they couldn't hook it up, so after they left I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing. After a free consultation with a very nice plumber I set up a time for th to replace basically everything under my sink. We had a few unavoidable hiccups on the way, but they really came through for me and the dishwasher went in perfectly with no problem afterwards. I felt comfortable asking them questions and they were kind and patient while explaining.

Race was efficient, professional, competent, and did a great job explaining the issue and how he fixed it, with helpful tips for avoiding issues in the future. Would definitely have him come out again!

After the leak was repaired and pressure unit replaced, it made a world of difference in how my water flowed inside the home. Total cost was 3700.00 dollars which was several hundred dollars less than I anticipated. I highly recommend this company. I am so impressed with TVP. I called and had to leave a message. I wondered how long it might take for someone to get back to me. To my delight, Jasmine had returned my call in about 30 minutes. She was friendly and helpful. She was able to get Race out the next day. He arrived in a timely manner. He evaluated the situation, and we discussed pricing (unlike other businesses). During the repair, Race was knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering my questions. He also kept the site clean. I had a leaky hose bib that I did not know how to tackle on my own. I used the Yelp contact feature to request help from local plumbers and Tualatin Valley Plumbing did an excellent job of reaching out and setting up a quick in person estimate and same day fox. They do fixed pricing and their cost to replace/repair was lower than another company who provided an estimate just from photos. I would use them again for sure!
